The property is around a 13-minute walk from St. Hotel is in central HN capital, it’s easy to walk around street there, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, friendly staff nice traditional food, good service & room. The lobby is really beautiful with Christmas decorations. And the drink at skybar is perfect!

Attractively set in the center of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within a 3-minute walk of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and half a mile of Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.

Best location , best staff. I got an upgrade to a suite room and really loved it. The room is nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was delicious too with many options ! All the staff is genuinely kind and attentive. Highly recommend! I will definitely go back.

I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.

In first, the staff was nicely and pleasant as never in any hotel I’ve been. The room and the hotel in general terms was so clean, and the room with a powerful and cold air conditioning. Amazing location on the city center. Good breakfast.

Ideally located in the center of Hanoi, La Siesta Classic Hang Thung has air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. friendly staff (we even got a free room upgrade & they organised the transfer of our luggage to our next hotel as we had a 3-day-tour between each hotel stay) good breakfast, nice & clean hotel room, good location in the old town
