Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!

Les habitacions són grans (ens vam allotjar 2 cops). Tot molt net. Els llits super grans i còmodes. El Dihn ens va organitzar el viatge a Sapa i Halong i va ser tot fantàstic, és molt professional i sempre va estar pendent de nosaltres. Els recepcionistes també van ser molt amables. Està molt ben situat al mig de la ciutat, rodejat de restaurants, botigues... tot a peu.

El primer dia vaig tenir problemes de soroll perquè a l'edifici del costat feien obres. El personal em va oferir una altre habitació més apartada i silenciosa o la possibilitat de canviar a dos altres hotels de la mateixa cadena molt propers. A més, en varen proporcionar el taxi de tornada al'aeroport gratuïtament per les molèsties. El personal és molt atent i ajuda en tot el que necessitis. L'esmorzar molt complert i molt variat. La ubicació a casc antic és perfecte!!

The property is located 1.2 km from St. The best hostel i had in Vietnam. It's central, clean, has enough space for luggage, staff is friendly and you can get a new towel every day. Despite the location in the middle of the old quarter, it was quiet enough to have a good sleep.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the heart of Old Hanoi. It is newly refurbished so feels fresh. Our room on the fourth floor was remarkably quiet although it faced the street and had big windows with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable! The service is exceptional and we must mention Justin particularly who is warm and professional and did so many extras for us that made our stay feel very special, exactly how you like to feel! After walking around Hanoi for two days and looking at other hotels, we realized how lucky we were to have booked this one. We would definitely return and very much do recommend this hotel.
