The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

This place is great! I had a really good time staying at Traveller House thanks to the hospitality from all the staff. They were always making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy Hanoi and surrounding areas like Nin Binh, Ha Giang and Sapa. Which they helped me book tours for and accommodations with ease and stress free options. The rooms are quite and with big beds for a good night sleep. Thank you Hanoi Traveller House for the great moment!! Recommended 100%.

Small hotel, 10 floors, nicely designed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast served on the ground floor. Good coffee and good baguette, so I was happy. We had a top floor room, which was bright and spacious. Location is great. Near the lake, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Already looking forward to returning.
