The location could not be better with so many things to see and do nearby. The young ladies at reception were the best! Lilly, Tracy, and Haley provided much more than hospitality, offering the standard tourist options for guests, but also offering more thoughts and suggestions based on personal experiences. We had some nice conversations with them, and Lily even encouraged us yo try a local specialty rice dish that she had actually purchased for her mother. They were real people treating us as real people.

Food was delicious, many variety for Latin American people. About rooms are good , with necessary things, good bath and comfortable. About staff really amazing people, Jenny , Daniel , Jey, I can’t remember all names , but all member make me feel special in our stay .

Ideally set in Hanoi, La Siesta Classic Hang Thung offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Hyvät sängyt, 2 erikokoista tyynyä per henkilö, toiseksi edullisinkin huone oli tilava. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta, kaikki puhuivat hyvin englantia. Lentokentätaksin sai hyvin tilattua heiltä (saapuessa jo Booking.com.comin kautta). Aamiaisella henkilökunta kyseli olimmeko nukkuneet hyvin ja kun kerroimme häiritsevistä äänistä aamuyöllä, tarjosivat meille sviittiä viimeiseksi yöksi (siinä tosin ei juuri eroa ensimmäiseen huoneeseen paitsi pieni parveke, josta tosin ei ollut erityistä näkymää). Oli mukavaa että puolisoni syntymäpäivää muistettiin huoneen koristeluin sekä pienellä kakulla ja onnittelulaululla.

Specially the Vietnam soup which included for breakfast was very tasty. All the staff members very efficient .They are helping to visitors in all the ways. They offered us a free room upgrade for 04 days period. It was very good and the city view was excellent. I am recommending this hotel those who are visiting the Hanoi Old Quarters. It is very near to Night market and Hoin Kem lake. If we go again to Hanoi this hotel will be my first choice. Thank you for all staff members. Special thank for front office MANAGER.
