Really friendly staff, clean, well located, good breakfast. I do not see a reason not to give 10/10. When I come to Hanoi again I would stay in the same hotel.

The staff here are very friendly, they spent a lot of time helping me find local food. Not only that, they also helped me find exactly good restaurants and book a car for me. It's very hot outside in Hanoi at this time, but inside the hotel it's cool and very fragrant. The lobby also has many books about Vietnamese culture for tourists like me to read while waiting!

She explained the local sight seeing , precautions and the local food scene . She was always eager to help and even saw us off to our van . Thank you Rosie for making our stay great 😊

Really liked the service Brian was super helpful during my stay and even after, arranging a taxi for me in Ha Long Bay. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Hanoi.

Breakfast was good too with an option of buffet and or ordering from the menu. I particularly found Jenny, Paul, Leo and Joy very helpful but honestly all of the staff were great. We booked a day tour to Ninh Binh through the hotel which was lovely. They shared a lot of useful information and recommendations at and before arrival making the arrival and stay very smooth. Service from the staff was the highlight

Room have everything that you need, TV, Refrigerator, wardrobe, chair with desk, hairdryer and shampoo. Staff is very gentle and helpful! They booked for me amazing excursions on good price!
