My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

The experience itself and the comfort level is high, personnel is very attentive and client-oriented. The room was clean, facilities are great. Breakfast has a diverse number of dishes. Altogether this is a rare combo in Hanoi. The hotel was worth the money paid and I would definitely recommend to stay here (and I've been to many other hotels in Hanoi so have a lot to compare). Also the location is good - many shops, coffee and food places around.

Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.
