Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Lovely hotel, excellent location. Big shout out to Mike for looking after me so well even though I was staying only one night. Great massage in the spa too. And thanks also to the night porter - sorry I didn’t get your name - for making sure I was ok getting an early morning taxi to the airport.

The bedrooms have been recently remodeled, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is good, the location is within a walking distance from many touristic points. The staff is so kind.
