Emma and Anna were amazing hosts, they looked after us while we were in Hanoi, and took care of the booking for Ha Long bay. They looked after our bags while we were there so we didn’t have too much luggage, and even managed to get us upgraded to a better cruise. Nothing was too much trouble! We even had our laundry done while we were there which was delivered back to us the same day!!! Lovely spacious room in a great location. Thank you!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The staff were so attentive and even helped us plan our transfer to the next place we were going to, we got an upgrade on arrival and our room was so beautiful! One of the comfiest beds we have stayed in. Location was also perfect as it was central to everything and if we return to Hanoi we will 100% be coming back here to stay!

I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee shops, playing cards and board games with friends. A beautiful sunset over the lake is amazing to capture. Along with a visit to the local temple. You also can’t pass up a local coconut (Kem) ice cream 🍦.

Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far between, we went there for lunch, found a nice mexican (of all things) and a nice park, a more authentic spot with markets but mainly is residential.

It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind...
It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind dealing with millions of scooters. First you stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and from there you have 15 minutes to get to the lake. You will walk through the very nice neighborhoods where most embassies seem to be located. There is a nice trail around the lake where you can observe local sport fishermen.

Location. Only five minute walk to the West Lake. Right in the Old Quarter. Convenient to cafes, restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. The hotel staff are all very helpful. Breakfast is good.
My vacation was perfect thanks to the right choice of staying at this hotel. The room is modernly designed, with small but sophisticated details, creating a cozy and luxurious space. What I love most is the private balcony with a beautiful view overlooking West Lake, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with the cheerfulness of everyone there.
Really nice hostel. Love the location, best area I stayed in Hanoi, lots of good cafe and restaurants along the west lake. Also, it’s way quieter than other areas of Hanoi.
