Room was spacious, and had everything you need. You can also use a curtain in a bathroom for privacy. Staff was the best part of the whole stay: always there, extremely welcoming and friendly. Location was quite central, so we could get to big lakes or old town by walking with no issues.

I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee shops, playing cards and board games with friends. A beautiful sunset over the lake is amazing to capture. Along with a visit to the local temple. You also can’t pass up a local coconut (Kem) ice cream 🍦.

Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far between, we went there for lunch, found a nice mexican (of all things) and a nice park, a more authentic spot with markets but mainly is residential.

It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind...
It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind dealing with millions of scooters. First you stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and from there you have 15 minutes to get to the lake. You will walk through the very nice neighborhoods where most embassies seem to be located. There is a nice trail around the lake where you can observe local sport fishermen.

Well-furnished, spacious apartment in a good location close to West Lake. Great bang for the buck (which we got at the last minute on a holiday weekend)

Location is in west lake which is 15 minutes drive from old quarter where it's most happening. It's a good option if you want to have a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Laundry service available for a small fee. Great views of the lake. Option to take a quiet stroll by the lake at night or in the morning. Good wifi. Convenience store nearby.

I love the location! I stayed for 5 nights and walked to all the attractions, the west lake, lake Hoan Kiem, the old quarter, the French quarter and HCM mausoleum.
I tried a 3 hour signature 1 massage package and it was divine. Breakfast is good and has everything you could want.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed twice in my visit to Hanoi, and would stay again.
The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a private kitchen and washing machine. It’s located near major attractions like West Lake, making it easy to explore Hanoi.
