Absolutely loved our stay here! We had a washer in our room which was a nice touch. Such a good breakfast buffet too. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have time for the pool it looked amazing though.

I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee shops, playing cards and board games with friends. A beautiful sunset over the lake is amazing to capture. Along with a visit to the local temple. You also can’t pass up a local coconut (Kem) ice cream 🍦.

Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far between, we went there for lunch, found a nice mexican (of all things) and a nice park, a more authentic spot with markets but mainly is residential.

It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind...
It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind dealing with millions of scooters. First you stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and from there you have 15 minutes to get to the lake. You will walk through the very nice neighborhoods where most embassies seem to be located. There is a nice trail around the lake where you can observe local sport fishermen.

Spacious Room, Friendly Attentive Staff, Location is ideal for a peaceful sleep. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. Great view of the West Lake. Breakfast is delicious and has many options.
The location is perfect - just a little away from the main market roads and hence peaceful. it's at a walking distance from the train street, from the beer street, and the Hoaj Kiem lake as well. A short ride away from Temple of Literature and West Lake. The hotel is quite clean and very well maintained. Rooms have all necessary amenities and promtply cleaned and made-up each morning. Overall, amazing stay and experience. Highly recommend.
We checked in very late (around midnight) and were quickly taken to our room. We booked a one bedroom but got upgraded to a two bedroom free of charge. I needed laundry detergent and the very kind receptionist, Alex, quickly brought me some. She was so helpful with everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. Views of West Lake were a bonus!
I stayed for 3 nights In Oct 2024. Very near most of the places around the Old Quarter. I was also able to walk back and forth to the West lake area. Good breakfast with fruits. The room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. I will stay here again.
I moved to Hanoi and rented the apartment while I looked for permanent lodging. Cuctay found me a great 2 floor right on West Lake just a couple hundred meters from this apartment.
The hotel is located in a very nice area- looking directly out to West Lake. The room itself was very modern and spacious, very comfortable. I checked in around 3am in the morning, and the staff made checking in seamless. I would definitely stay here again should I visit Hanoi.
