The receptionist staff offered me a free upgrade to the top floor room which has own access to the balcony with city view! (The lift could only reach 2nd highest floor followed by stairs to the top floor but that was okay for me) The cleanliness of the room was very good and comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was also very nice too. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake.

The location was perfect. It is on a quiet street only one minute walking distance from West Lake. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented and tasted great. The staff (Liya and Tung) were always nice to me and would ask me how my day was and recommended places to see in the area. Liya went out of her way do an extra request for me regarding the purchase of an hard to find item online. Thanks so much for a great "Tuna Experience!"
I had a lovely stay at the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, she always asked me if there was any problem, and really willing to support me with my demands. The check-in process was smooth. The apartment is really nice, well-decorated, and equipped with all essentials. And the location is perfect—quiet and close to the West Lake. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again!
Excellent budget homestay, friendly host, clean and fully equipped home, good wifi at a historic neighborhood with local alley lifestyle. Near to west lake, most sight need a ride.
We booked going in blind because this was brand new Hotel and I mean like a few days old! Everything was brand new and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay!!! the location is perfect area as it between Tay ho (West Lake) and old quarters... Sandwiches in between and you really get the true Hanoi Vibe and far enough from all crazy old quarter but walkable too! The staff and mangers were amazing! Well lay out rooms and comfortable sheets and pillows!
