Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Staff and service was excellent! Breakfast was good too with an option of buffet and or ordering from the menu. I particularly found Jenny, Paul, Leo and Joy very helpful but honestly all of the staff were great. We booked a day tour to Ninh Binh through the hotel which was lovely. They shared a lot of useful information and recommendations at and before arrival making the arrival and stay very smooth. Service from the staff was the highlight

Hotel is inside of main area Old quarter, near to many of tourist attractions and touristic places. Location is very easy. Room have everything that you need, TV, Refrigerator, wardrobe, chair with desk, hairdryer and shampoo. Staff is very gentle and helpful! They booked for me amazing excursions on good price!

Really friendly staff, clean, well located, good breakfast. I do not see a reason not to give 10/10. When I come to Hanoi again I would stay in the same hotel.
