It's central, clean, has enough space for luggage, staff is friendly and you can get a new towel every day. Despite the location in the middle of the old quarter, it was quiet enough to have a good sleep.

Nastanitev L'Signature Hotel & Spa se nahaja v mestu Hanoi in ima brezplačno izposojo koles, vrt, teraso ter bar. This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the heart of Old Hanoi. It is newly refurbished so feels fresh. Our room on the fourth floor was remarkably quiet although it faced the street and had big windows with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable! The service is exceptional and we must mention Justin particularly who is warm and professional and did so many extras for us that made our stay feel very special, exactly how you like to feel! After walking around Hanoi for two days and looking at other hotels, we realized how lucky we were to have booked this one. We would definitely return and very much do recommend this hotel.

Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa was the last stop during our holidays before heading off back home and it has been a wonderful experience. We've really appreciated the customer service, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as good as it gets. The rooms were extremely well optimized for the available space, making it a great space for the night. Breakfast was included as part of our booking, where we had a great buffet offering, both with local and international options. During checkout, reception even offered us taxi ride at discounted price to the airport (considerably cheaper than Grab), which we have enjoyed. All together we highly recommend Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa. We'll see you guys next time.
