Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect - close to attractions but still quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh options. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hanoi Prime Garden Hotel & Spa asub Hanois mugavas paigas. Kohapeal on konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega toad, privaatne parkla ja toateenindus. Sellel kolmetärnihotellil on terrass. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect—everything I needed was just a short walk away. It only took a 5-minute walk to watch the train pass, and the night market was also just 5 minutes away. The staff at the reception were amazing and super helpful throughout my stay, recommending local food spots and must-visit places (special thanks to Chi and Amee!). Everything they suggested was fantastic. The hotel also offers tours, and I booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay for $45. The tour guides were absolutely amazing—not only did they share a lot of cultural insights, but the whole trip was also incredibly well-organized. Totally worth every penny! If I ever visit Hanoi again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Sena Boutique Hotel & Travel asub Hanois, 500 meetri kaugusel Püha Joosepi katedraalist. Hotellis on concierge ja allergikutele sobivad toad. The staff is always there to answer every needs of yours ! I've booked many excursions in other cities with the excursions bureau and it has been marvellous! They booked the best quality/price services and I have been so well cared for because of the staff's connexions.

Dinh Lee and his staff are excellent, nice and helpful. The location is grate in the old quarter of Hanoi, close to good restaurants, shops, markets etc. The staff treat us very well and was extremely warm and trustful. When we visit Hanoi again I'll definitely choose Casa Dos Príncipes again, thanks to Ding Lee and his good crew.

Very pleased to stay in the Victor Gallery hotel, We got a welcome letter from sale when we booked on Booking.com, upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with welcome juice, information about Hanoi old quarter, great promotion from the hotel ( 20% discount on restaurant & bar, 15% tour service & spa ). Our room was large, clean and even, we had a free upgrade to a city view. We have short time, so we had to book Ha Long Bay 1 day trip. It was good value and good information. Victor gallery hotel is a beautiful hotel in Hanoi old.

When we arrived , Rosie who was our contact person was very helpful. She explained the local sight seeing , precautions and the local food scene . She was always eager to help and even saw us off to our van . Thank you Rosie for making our stay great 😊
