Can definitely recommend. The breakfast was really good. They made eggs, pancakes ecc. They made our stay super nice. Only thing to point out was the cleaning, eg our cups weren’t change the next day.

During our Vietnam trip we returned to Eliana 3 times and would definitely return again if we stayed at Hanoi. Thank you Danny, Jollie, Lovy, Leo, Paul and all the team. You are the best!

İşlemler yapılırken Hononi şehrinde görmemiz gereken noktalar restoranlar gibi ihtiyacımız olacak birçok bilgiyi harita üzerinde işaretleyerek verdiler. Otelin müşteri odaklı hizmet anlayışı var. Personel bunu size çok güzel bir şekilde yansıtıyor. Özellikle bize işlem yapan Quynh Anh adlı çalışan sayesinde bunu deneyimledik. The hotel has a customer-oriented service concept. The staff reflects this to you in a very nice way. We especially experienced this thanks to the employee named Quynh Anh who processed us. The receptionists are very friendly and smiling. They speak very good English and some even French. The massages are really great, I recommend them!
