AMAZING family stay, we extended for 5 days from the original 2. The food is absolutely delicious, nice breakfasts, they have bike rentals and you can organize your Mekong Delta trip with them too. The family is lovely, and the daughter speaks good English. The island that hostel is on is gorgeous, calm and full of flowers, you can rent a hike and take a ride around it and the neighboring island too. Rooms are very spacious, nice bathroom, there are terraces with riverview where you can read and do yoga. Great value for the money!

At first I thought the location was too far from city centre (2Kms) but soon realised it is the best area to stay, around the river very close to tourist tours of Mekong Delta. Can also walk to the main tourist areas, pagodas and market. Not many shops around hotel. The room itself was very good, clean, fridge, AC, TV, kettle, toiletries. The staff were very helpful. Organised for me to get to HCMC on a bus. I could never have arranged this the way they did. Breakfast provided was excellent, mainly Vietnamese but lots of choice.

We were received and hosted by the owner, Martin, "the German in the Mekong Delta" and all his lovely dogs. He really makes an effort for you to have a great experience in what he calls 'his paradise'. You can experience the real rural Vietnam, in a location away from the main tourist areas. The food is great, and the table is set up in a way that promotes conversation with other guests, so you get a very nice family atmosphere. We took one of the bungalows, which was very spacious and the terrace was great.

The calm and relaxed place to be around mekong delta. perfect to finishing our holiday in Vietnam with staying at family owned homestay. we are happy to be able to experience the mekong life and to see and to be around the local. the tour that they organized was perfect, we took both floating market tour and the canal tour(finished around sunset), we truly enjoyed the home cook meal that was prepared there. everything was delicious especially the snakehead BBQ and manggo salad. daniel’s special breakfast was superb!!!

Best food we Had during the whole stay in Vietnam! Phoenix ist an uncredible good Cook! We also booked the floating Market Tour with Bosa and He showed us a Lot of interesting places beside the usual touristic paths. The Family is very kind and they will do anything to make you feel at Home and to Help you organize your vacation. The little Houses are comfy and Clean! We enjoyed the Natural Environment and the company of their 3 little friendly dogs. This is the perfect place to relax and to experience Mekong Delta

The family was super nice and it was a great time staying at the homestay. We could rent the bikes and a scooter, and breakfast was always made fresh for us. We could also help ourselves to free water, and we had dinner at the stay once. The food was good Vietnamese comfort food, big portions. The hosts were super friendly and always helpful. The dogs were also really cute! Totally recommend staying with them, it's a very great and chill place which gives you a little glimpse of the life in the Mekong delta.

The family of La Villa De CoCo Ben Tre are wonderful. Everyone here is so lovely and made us feel like we were right at home. They helped with our transport to and from the airport, and no question or request was too much. The rooms were perfect, and the villa was quiet enough that we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. It was great to take a few days to relax here in the Mekong Delta, after a busy couple of weeks travelling the rest of Vietnam. Honestly, we cannot recommend this accommodation enough.

This hotel was a great little place to stay in Can Tho for our one night in the Mekong Delta! Our bus had dropped us at the wrong address which was about a mile from the Orchid Homestay. We called the hotel to confirm the address, decided to walk, and as we began making our way the hotel owner found us on the street and drove us to the hotel! The room was clean and had air conditioning and private bath. The common balcony area was a lovely place to hang out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Our stay in Cai Be at Sao Mai Hotel was an experience we will never forget. Our host, Vu, is an exceptional man, very good English speaker - a guide and a nice man. He showed us the hidden places of the Mekong Delta, rice crops, traditional houses, we were invited to cook together in Vietnamese style, but beyond that we were received in his family's house at a party with over 50 people. Without a doubt, we will return to Sao Mai Hotel, thanks to Vu and his family, you are extraordinary.

I highly recommend staying here and doing the morning floating market tour. It far exceeded our expectations. We actually wish we had stayed an extra night, this was by far the highlight of our trip in the south of Vietnam. Human is very nice, the cabins are great, and he went above and beyond giving us recommendations of things to see. Plus his mom is an incredible cook. We felt like we truly got to know what life is like in the Mekong delta in the one day we were there.

This was the best stay in all our time traveling Vietnam. Hosts are the nicest people ever, they feed you all the time with local goodies if you want they can help you arrange a tour of the Mekong Delta or they can suggest to you what you could see on your own. The whole place is stunning and peaceful. If I ever come to Vietnam again I will come back. I never write a review, but this place deserves to be praised. 100000/10 ❤️

The facilities are top quality..you get what you pay for. The staff couldnt be more helpful. They create a very relaxed atmosphere where there is little need to leave the property with such delicious food and service. Buggy ride from the main road to the propert, excellent tour of the Mekong delta and free bikes. What more could you need ? If i had more time in Vietnam i.would head south again and stay a 2nd time.

One of the most memorable Tours during our vacation in Vietnam with Ms. Ha as the loveliest and best tour guide. We both stayed in her guest house and took the tour with her. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean and the Mekong Floating Market Tour a Highlight. We saw so many local places and Ms. Ha made us feel like family. You will experience a truly authentic Mekong Delta away from the usual tourist routes.

Amy and her family are really SUPER If you want to live an unique experience in Vietnam, in Mekong delta, you must go there. Ambiance, rooms, place, people, food, tour... everything is 10/10 Do not hesitate, I would highly recommend spending 2 or 3 nights there to live in their little peaceful cocoon🫶 A huge thanks for Amy and her family, they make us living such great moments and have been so nice to us

We had a fantastic trip to the Mekong Delta, exploring less touristy places and staying with a genuine, warm Vietnamese family. The host spent a lot of time with us, taking us to delicious lunches and dinners, and we learned so much about life in Vietnam. His family is wonderful—his wife, children, and in-laws are all incredibly kind and welcoming. It was an unforgettable experience, and we felt right at home!

Fantastic stay at the Mekong Delta. The hotel is beautiful, with a delightful view of the river. The room was very large, good bathroom and shower, the bed was confortable. The team really friendly. They've organised some beautiful tours for us - river tour, sampan. Finally, food was absolutely delicious. Its a place to immerse yourself in the local life, and have an unforgettable experience of Vietnam.

Beautiful and comfy bungalow, literally on the water of the Mekong Delta (bungalows and dinner places on poles in the river) so if you want to visit the delta this is a really good stay! Staff is amazing and took us on a 5 hour boat trip on the rivers and told us so much interesting stuff about fish farms, coconut palms and Vietnam history. Food is good too! Can absolutely recommend.

Tuan and family went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food was exceptional and plentiful. We had a chance to try many different Vietnamese dishes. We also went on the sunset tour and floating market tour which were very wonderful experiences. Tuan has very good english and provided much insight into life on the Mekong Delta. Would highly recommend this homestay.

Yennie and her family are so attentive and wonderful. They ensured every minute was an awesome experience for us. The home stay is an oasis away from the craziness of Vietnamese streets. Vĩnh lưng is not touristy. It is real Mekong delta at its best. In four days we saw hardly any tourists. I highly recommend the tours and spa on Yennie website too.
