We had trouble with a trip that we had booked (another company had forgot our booking) and the owner did everything she could to make a last minute new trip for us. After several phone calls and creative thinking, they managed to get us on a tour that had already started. They then drove us up with the Homestay car to meet the grip, so that we managed to join the tour just as they arrived at the location for the tour. Best help I have got from any hotel/homestay in my life!

Very comfortable stay...we booked last minute after we arrived late on a very delayed train after flooding and Typhoon in central provinces. The staff did not speak English but helped with Google translate to have the bus pick us up in the morning to get us to Phong Nha. Great bed..quiet and comfortable stay.

Hospitable employee, reasonable price, neat and cozy room, the cleanliness is great, and the most important thing is close to everything.
The host was incredibly nice and helpful! He went out of his way to help us and make it a great stay. The room is comfortable and the location is great. Definitely recommend this homestay.
Service was good and family friendly. Staffs are professional, easy to reach and helpful. Breakfast was okay, food seasoning is suitable for non-local. Short distance to peaceful beach and good view of river also. Food delivery works here so you have more options other than seafood restaurants around.

A lovely oasis in Phong Nha! It is a beautiful little boutique hotel in a superb location. We loved our villa with the porch swing overlooking the gardens and paddies, it was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant out front has some amazing food. The best carbonara I’ve ever had - actually everything we had was remarkably very good. By far the best place to eat in Phong Nha. And the people keeping things running smoothly were absolutely lovely always smiling as they went about making sure everyone’s needs were being fulfilled. And another remarkable thing was not being asked for a review, all the more reason to sing their glories! A great place to stay, we would fully recommend it!
The owners and staff were fantastic! Everyone was so helpful. They had an answer for everything and could organize anything you wanted . They even talked us into a motor cycle tour to the caves and all around the area. It turned out to be the high light of our trip! And The property is incredible!
