The loft was gorgeous. Two floors and two balconies, with a washing machine and very comfy bed. Very nice breakfast.

The rooms were clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. Our 2-night stay was too short for us to take advantage of the lobby area & rooftop pool, but they did add a resort-like vibe.

Fabulous illuminated bridge at night, one of many with lit up boats on the river. The city can be confusing with lots of waterways and a beach nearby so I advise going full on with the maps apps. I booked into one hotel to be told I was in another - don't expect 5* service from cheap hotels in Vietnam. In the Northern rural region you can hope for very friendly people who do not see many farang. Their salaries are a pittance and jobs are hard to find compared to the West so be generous when you can. Avoid getting angry with the local men when they are drunk in large groups as that won't turn out well.

Try and time your trip to be there for Friday and Saturday night when the bridge has a fire show. Don't do what I did and be on the wrong side of the river. You want to be on the beach side where the dragons head is

The property is in a great location, right next to the river and all the shops. Can see the Dragon Bridge from the hotel. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. I forgot my tumbler in the lobby and they kept it for me until I return to the hotel. We also had to check out early due to our flight and the hotel packed a to go breakfast for everyone in our party. That was very nice.
Great hotel with a big and beautiful room. Room comfortable and has everything you need. Balcony had views of the city including dragon bridge. Tv has Netflix etc.
The location was great, the room size was perfect, the breakfast assortment was plentiful, the bed was super comfy and the staff were extremely accommodating helping me get to the airport.
Also, this hotel has corner rooms that have a great rounded window view of the dragon bridge. I did not stay in one of those rooms, but my friend did. It was an incredible view!
The hotel is clean, excellent service with an incredible dragon bridge and river view. The breakfast’s buffet is delicious combined vietnamese dishes and international one. Thanks to Truc, Quyen, Tham, Tuan for giving us a good service during our vacation in Da Nang.
The most comfortable bed I have lied in all these years of sleeping in hotels. Firm, but gentle and easy on your back and spine. A ton of cafes and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, Han River Promenade, and the fable Cham Museum. A short taxi ride to the beach just across the river, over the Dragon Bridge. But do not cross Phan Chu Trinh Street to the other part of town, which is dirty and chaotic, even disgusting under the rain.
Super quiet and friendly staff. Close to a famous Banh Mi location. Very clean pool. Not to far away from the Dragon bridge. I like the concept, they do need to add hooks around to hang things and a long mirror to check your outfit. Also a frying pan since there was a pot only. I will definitely stay there again mainly because it was very quiet. I was in the first floor in the corner. It would be nice to add an area to do laundry and pay for the use. Some of the apartments had their own laundry equipment, not the studio.
Our room is large and has a balcony and a view of the Dragon Bridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and has a good selection. The hotel offered a one-time tea and snack in the afternoon on the roof top.
