There is so much to like about the Diamond Luxury Hotel. First of all, the staff was amazing. Hieu, after just one call, was able to book our transportation to and from Hanoi and our day cruise on Ha Long Bay and he did it perfectly. We even asked to change around some of our activities after booking and it was no problem at all. In addition, the value for the money of this place is incredible as the rooms were modern and clean, and the views from the 9th floor Bar and Restaurant were simply amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The ship was excellent. This is probably the best cruise line in Ha Long Bay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The showers were clean and had hot water the whole time. We always had clean towels. They even had a gym and humidor with good cuban cigars. The mixed drinks were amazing, which is a rarity in Vietnam. The food was outstanding. I seek out great restaurants wherever I travel and the food on the boat was some of the best we had in Vietnam. Nobody was hungry and everyone was happy with the choices/options.

The property was exceptionally clean and modern like a Marriott with some Vietnamese aesthetic touches. The reception area was very welcoming and festive with Christmas decorations. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Best of all, the shower temperature was perfect! The receptionists Dung and Hung were very friendly and helpful and offered history and recommendations on things to do in Ha Long Bay. I ended up booking a Ha Long Bay day cruise through the property which picked up and dropped off at the property.

The dining experience surpassed our expectations with an array of delectable dishes that appealed to every palate. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese cuisine or craving international flavors, there's something to satisfy every taste bud. As for our accommodation, it was nothing short of splendid. Our cabin not only provided comfort but also treated us to breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. Waking up to the majestic sight right from our bed was truly an unforgettable experience, making our stay even more memorable.

Our room was so beautiful and we loved that the room faced the sunset so we could have our private moment at the most wonderful time of the day. Food was amazing with both western and vietnamese options. The egg coffee was the best we have had anywhere in Vietnam! My partner was gluten free and the cruise did an amazing job catering to his needs. Ginny, our server, was so attentive and accommodating. Tom, the assistant manager, was very helpful as well. We highly recommend Peony Cruise to anyone who visits Ha Long Bay.

This cruise was one of the best experiences ever. All the staff were all so friendly, kind and helpful, especially our waitress Mia who took the time to help me with my dietary requirements as a vegan and provide excellent service. The room was better than I could have imagined very spacious, clean and comfortable. The activities were great, was a lovely way to see more of Ha long bay. Really nice cruise along Bai Tu Long Bay. We really enjoyed that this part of the bay is more quiet and tranquil than the crowded Ha Long Bay. Magnificent views and fun activities! The boat is clean and the room very spacious and comfortable Our guide Mr Morning was super friendly, attentive and spoke excellent English (which is something not that common in Vietnam). He really took good care of us! Thank you. I think this kind of cruise is a must do when visiting Vietnam. Absolutely worth it.

We had an overnight stay on the V'Spirit Cruise. It was a luxury experience from the pick up in Hanoi to a drop off back in the city. We were looked after brilliantly the whole time by Jimmy as part of 'Jimmy Family'. The boat was stunning, our room was amazing, the food was exceptional and Ha Long Bay is a must-do if you're in Vietnam. We also loved having the chance to kayak through a cave into a hidden lake and we even saw wild monkeys. We enjoyed other activities too.

Amazing cruise experience on the scenic beauty of Ha long Bay 2D1N memorable experience with captain and crew. Our tour manager Peter took care all of us in great detail. Full of fun and activities-kayakking, swimming at Titop Island beach View from the top, sunrise and sunset panaromic viewing. Cooking demonstration-Peter teaching us to make the Popular Vietnamese rolls. Lots of food food food. Awesome lunch and dinner served. Karaoke and dancing. Looking forward to be back on board.

I recently enjoyed an incredible cruise in Ha Long Bay. The stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters created a breathtaking backdrop. The staff, especially Tiger, was attentive, and our cabin was comfortable with beautiful views. Dining was a highlight, featuring delicious Vietnamese dishes. We also had fun kayaking and swimming, with unforgettable sunset views. Overall, this cruise perfectly balanced relaxation and adventure—highly recommended for anyone visiting Vietnam!

Absolutely beautiful, stunning spacious room and totally spotless. Hang and Khanh Phuong were so friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us book a fabulous cruise around Ha Long Bay. 5 minutes walk to the stunning beach and we used Grab to take us to restaurants close by. We were there just after Typhoon Yagi and there was a lot of destruction in the outer area but this did not impact on the area by the hotel. Beautiful small hotel in the lovely Hong Gai district of Ha Long Bay. Walkable to tons of cafes and restaurants and the waterfront. Perfect location. The hotel was very charming - great breakfast included and the room decor had a very relaxing vibe. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a slight issue with the a/c control but they came and helped us out, so we were able to have heat in the winter season. Would definitely stay here again.

Genesis Cruise gave us a memorable stay in Ha Long. Their food options were great. A taste of Vietnam and went out of their way to cater for what we needed. A fine dining experience. A warm reception and professional attention to details. From the beginning the communication with the agent (Ms Chee) was so helpful and prompt. She made our experience enjoyable. The luxury shuttle from Hanoi hotel to Ha Long Bay (3 hours drive) was a cherry on top! Not expected at all.

We had booked a one day cruise with Stellar of the Seas. A transfer was also arranged for us from the hotel with a private car. Everything was organised and executed to perfection. The cruise along Ha Long bay was a lifetime experience. The ship was beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. "Boo" was our "butler" who was always around to assist. Food was great and more than plenty and the room was simply beautiful.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a beautiful hotel. The room was spotless, cleaned quickly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. There was a small desk in the room, which was perfect for remote work. They kindly upgraded my room free of charge and organized various trips to Ha Long Bay and other beautiful spots. A big thanks to the manager, Tony, for his exceptional hospitality and help with visa support and any requests we had.

(3) Great central, convenient location, with walking distance to restaurants and Cable car station. (4) We booked a room with view/balcony. Great view with natural light. (5) Rich breakfast choices. (6) Super friendly staff, treating us as valued customers.

I went on a 3-day, 2-night cruise, and it was absolutely incredible. The boat is super luxurious, the food is fantastic, the pool is warm, and the sundeck offers a wonderful happy hour. This is by far the best cruise to experience in Ha Long Bay. Duck, our waiter, was outstanding, and the entire crew was exceptional. I am a hotel operator myself, and the attention to detail is A+ Just book the cruise. It's insane

Staffs were really kind and nice. They even helped us find my friend's phone! Hotel room and facilities were clean and high-end. Night dinner and Morning Buffet was superb and so delicious!! Especially I liked various breads. In front of hotel, there are Ha long bay Islands so scenery was also top-notch!! Besides, all of them above is only $60 in a day!! What a reasonable and inexpensive hotel!!!

The family who run this hotel are fantastic. They are very thoughtful and helped us plan trips as part of our stay. We visited Ha Long City, had a cruise to Ha Long Bay and visited Cat Bay Island via the ferry. The room was spacious with a very large bed, and a balcony woth a lovely view over the water to the mountains. We had a lovely relaxing stay here, thank you!

The staff were very attentive, sometimes too attentive but did the best they could to help us. Hotel was very spacious and when we went, we were probably the only guests in the hotel so we had all the space we wanted in the pool. The staff has been extremely helpful with booking taxis and tours for us. One of the few places in Ha Long Bay with air conditioning.
