Lilly, Tracy, and Haley provided much more than hospitality, offering the standard tourist options for guests, but also offering more thoughts and suggestions based on personal experiences. We had some nice conversations with them, and Lily even encouraged us yo try a local specialty rice dish that she had actually purchased for her mother. They were real people treating us as real people.

Specially the Vietnam soup which included for breakfast was very tasty. All the staff members very efficient .They are helping to visitors in all the ways. They offered us a free room upgrade for 04 days period. It was very good and the city view was excellent. I am recommending this hotel those who are visiting the Hanoi Old Quarters.
