In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. We stayed in the converted barn part of the inn that is around the corner from the pub. It was really nice, high end, and recently renovated. There was a common room to hang out in too. We had great weather and were able to hang out in the garden but I think it would be really nice in the winter too since there is a fireplace. The pub had excellent food and the staff was great. We loved it and hope to go back.

The rooms are done up to a very high standard, spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional, there were so many choices at breakfast and staff remembered our preferences from the previous morning. We ate in the hotel for dinner, the menu was amazing and the quality of food even better. We could fault absolutely nothing at this hotel, thank you!

Spacious apartment in a great location, 10 minute walk to Ingleton village and start of the Waterfalls Trail. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, enclosed garden very safe & secure for our dog. Gill the owner excellent and very helpful host, responds promptly to queries. In location of Three Peaks Challenge, caves to visit, and Country Harvest store 5 mins away by car, lovely Christmas cabin! Many other places to visit further afield, always something nice to see in the Yorkshire Dales!
Austwick
It had been a few years since we last visited the Traddock. We were not disappointed and it was a real pleasure to be back. It had the same country house feel with pleasant and helpful staff, excellent food and delightful accommodation. The hotel is well located in a pretty village set in wonderful countryside on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. We will not leave it so long before we return.
Our stay at Beck Hall was a complete treat. The hotel is set in the stunning Yorkshire Dales, next to a gurgling creek. Our rooms had a comfortable four poster bed with crisp and cosy bedding. The breakfast was home cooked and served with a smile in the restaurant overlooking the stream. Service was impeccable. Our 8 week old puppy loved Beck Hall too. Thank you!
Reeth
Staff were very friendly and the location, close to Reeth at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, , is very special. Lovely countryside but not too isolated. Excellent walks from the door, great views and plenty of quiet areas to sit and read or chat. It was pretty busy on the Saturday night, Sunday breakfast was well attended and good value .
Grassington
Excellent food, we had dinner and breakfast. High quality products, very well presented and delicious. The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great for beautiful country walks in the Yorkshire dales. The village has a few pubs and lots of cafes, galleries etc. Really pretty village.
The whole hotel was beautiful. Our room had the most amazing view over the Yorkshire dales. The staff were brilliant, accommodating and easy to talk too. The waiter was lovely as was the bar man. My sirloin steak was cooked to perfection and I am really fussy about my sirloin steak. Highly recommend Simonstone Hall Hotel.
Reeth
Reeth is an old Dales village with a long history, the Black Bull is in the town square which is a large and distinctive feature of the town. The Black Bull is a classic example of the village pub - solid accommodation and food as one would expect. Convenient location when driving through the Northern Yorkshire Dales.
A short walk into Ingleton and lots of great walks so a great location especially as we had two dogs with us. The apartment is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Gill was excellent throughout and I could easily contact her if needed. A fantastic little holiday to the Yorkshire Dales - thanks Gill!
Settle
Cute and cosy Hotel and Restaurant, the latter well-loved by the locals. It was really lovely mingeling with them in the evenings. Very welcoming and friendly staff, the manager (owner?) is an angel! Great place to stay when exploring the Yorkshire Dales or visiting your child at nearby Giggleswick School.
Ingleton
Great little base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The apartment was very comfortable, tastefully restored and decorate, really well equipped and was in a fab location within the lovely little village of Ingleton. It had everything we needed for a great weeks stay. Would recommend to anyone.
We loved the classic Yorkshire Dales location and very near Grassington. The two ladies who looked after us were so so lovely, always smiling and helpful! We cannot thank them enough for all their help and boosting the atmosphere. The Sunday roast was out of this world! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pleasant little place. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Street leading to apartment iis very narrow as is typical of Yorkshire Dales so is not ideal for manoeuvring cars. Milk, coffee, tea and breakfast provisions were unexpectedly provided which was a nice touch.
A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting in the Yorkshire Dales. We booked the Ivelet room which overlooked the village green. The bathroom was the biggest ever with the tub located in the middle. Very comfortable bed. Great food and very friendly staff.
Great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Food and amenities at the hotel were excellent - enjoyed evenings at the Old Swan after a days exploring local villages and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Had a great long weekend at the hotel, both rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable, although not very large, but in a Yorkshire Dales property perfectly understandable. Breakfast was fabulous, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely.

A wonderful location, central to everywhere in the Yorkshire Dales, very comfortable, clean and well presented, lovely breakfast and warm and friendly hosts. Close to hotels or pubs for meals.

Large 2 bedroom apartment in a central Yorkshire Dales with easy access to other villages in the area. Very comfortable beds each with a bathroom.
Very close to Settle so an easy stroll in to the town. Great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
