Great if you have a dog. They are allowed everywhere.

Great if you have a dog. They are allowed everywhere. Staff lovely. Breakfast good. Evening meal average - just above - also expensive. It is an old INN - plumbing Inman house an issue. Shower was sword of Damocles! Froze or boiled ! Stayed over New Year. Hugely over priced at £200 plus per room with B and B. Grassington offers more opportunities.

We enjoyed our stay and spent more time inside than anticipated due to the weather but it was very pleasant and homely. It gave us chance to enjoy the company of our Isle of Man family. The food was good and selection of drinks also good . Staff members were very helpful.

Loved everything about it - love the Dales and it was just what we wanted for a special night for the two of us. Wedding anniversary treat. The view from our cottage windows was outstanding and the sound of the water babbling under the bridge was delightful

A delightful, picturesque little village with walks along the river to either Grassington or Appletreewick. There is a large car park which probably gets very busy in the holiday season. Although there are limited facilities in the village itself, it is a great centre to explore the surrounding countryside. The Red Lion, in the centre of the village, serves drinks, bar meals and has a formal restaurant for evening meals, which I can recommend highly.

Stunning location and friendly staff. Food good at hotel and local pub. Central for touring Yorkshire Dales and the use of the spa was excellent and easy to use. Modern colours, directions and parking good (but don't get confused with sister hotel at the top of the road)

Burnsall is a beautiful quiet village, with a lively pub serving good food. The host provided fresh milk in the room, and I liked the old fashioned ambience of the house. Breakfast was served at the table in the comfy lounge.
