Hotel di Malham
In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. We stayed in the converted barn part of the inn that is around the corner from the pub. It was really nice, high end, and recently renovated. There was a common room to hang out in too. We had great weather and were able to hang out in the garden but I think it would be really nice in the winter too since there is a fireplace. The pub had excellent food and the staff was great. We loved it and hope to go back.

Breakfast was exceptional, shower was amazing, so nice to stay in a building that is a piece of Giggleswick history. Such a clean room and very comfy bed. Couldn't fault our stay ☺️ thanks to the lovely staff.

Set in Skipton, 41 km from Royal Hall Theatre, Old Swan offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. This 3-star hotel offers free WiFi. The location was excellent with plenty of onsite parking. All of the food and drinks we had were top notch. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were heading out for a potter around Skipton and a lovely lady gave us great recommendations of where to go. We had fantastic weather and were able to take advantage of the beautiful beer garden, though even if it had started to rain there were a number of cute little covered cabins for waiting out the rain in. The bed was super comfy and the shower was tall enough my 6'4" husband could comfortably stand under the rain shower head! We would absolutely stay here again and were sad to have to leave this incredibly charming place.

All of the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are done up to a very high standard, spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional, there were so many choices at breakfast and staff remembered our preferences from the previous morning. We ate in the hotel for dinner, the menu was amazing and the quality of food even better. We could fault absolutely nothing at this hotel, thank you!
