We loved our stay at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel in Naples. This was our chosen Oasis of calm to unwind after an intense tourist vacation. At every step we were accompanied with kindness and consideration. Very attentive staff revieved us quickly. Multilingual of course. We chose a delux room for 2 and we were offered an upgraded room…a deluxe family room was easily +40m2 included a convertible sofa. We recieved an adorable edible surprise plus gifted facials from the Spa area. Our Queen size bed was super comfortable, entire space was clean, modern with XL windows floor to cieling, Beautiful garden view! Large flat screen television! Glassed in shower (no bathtub). Our trip to the spa area was incredibly enjoyable. Double everything in spa and a nice small sized pool. not forgetting the excellent facials with hydrating Malaga Spain creme and our extremely helpful Spa guide. A gym is available also. Several eating areas and bars including rooftop restaurant with an excellent chef! We were very impressed and happy to see such a sharp modern hotel, reasonably priced for all the amenities they have. We actually preferred this location due to proximity of marina porte and Naples International airport. We so needed the cocooning this hotel offered.

Every staff member was helpful, friendly and seemed to understand what great hospitality is. The hotel is charming. Beautifully retained character with discrete mod cons. Great location.
