We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is in the center, it has nice rooms with everything you may need (even umbrellas). It was clean and the personnel was extremely helpful providing us all the information needed. The metro is 3 minutes away from the hotel and the bus stations as well. There are also plenty of places to have your breakfast and your lunch. The hotel was giving you the possibility to make your coffee/tea and have juice for free whenever you may wish.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was superb! On your table you got a cake stand full of prepared fruit, hams and cheeses, pastries and cake, followed by your choice of eggs - omelettes, scrambled etc with sausage and bacon, if desired. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts!

EXCELLENT...an outstanding Piazza with SO much to see! Crowd gazing and wandering were the order of the day for us. Some really impressive buildings that were well protected by men in uniforms.
Rome is a beautiful city and this Piazza exemplifies this.

The Piazza di Spagna is just below the Spanish Steps (as I'm sure you know), and houses the famous Fontana della Baraccia.
Speaking as a tourist who did a lot of walking in Rome, this is a good place to sit and rest. I asked the nearby policeman, who assured me that it was quite legal to fill up my water bottle from the fountain (and that the water was wholesome and not dangerous).
However, please do NOT try to wash your feet (or other body parts) in the fountain. The locals and police frown on that kind of thing. You will be fined heavily. (I know this probably doesn't need to be said, but some idiots have tried!)
Otherwise, this is a pleasant part of town. For English-speaking bibliophiles, the Anglo-American bookshop is not far from here and also highly recommended.

Amazing photo opportunities, don’t engage in conversations with those trying to “give” you anything or ask you where you’re from and you won’t get scammed. Why’s it matter where I’m from ? Mind your business pal. Also you cannot sit on the steps at all or you will be called out by the police on site there. They can fine you but will probably just tell you to get up right away.

A wonderful location, just a few steps from Piazza dí Spagna.s A very charming home as our expectations in the centre of Rome. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is comfortable.

Great hotel near Piazza di Spagna. All the sights are within walking distance, we only went to the Vatican by metro. Clean room, delicious breakfast. If we come to Rome again, we will stay only here.
The rooms were nicely decorated with high quality finishes all around. The location is literally a few steps from Piazza Di Spagna. Natalia was very hospitable asking every day about our comfort and if we needed anything. Diana made sure our rooms were cleaned quickly and even when we came back from breakfast the room was done.
The little fridge in the room meant we could keep fruits and cold drinks that we bought from the local shops. We used it to store the cheese we bought to take home.

Living in this apartment made you feel like a real Italian, the architecture was very interesting and it was so worthy of the price.
The apartment had a variety of amenities we could enjoy, including hot shower water all the time, hairdryer, ironing machine, espresso machine and capsules.
The hotel is situated very close to Piazza di Spagna and it is very central. You can reach everything on foot.
The staff was wonderful, very kind and caring. Great coffee machine and snacks in the reception. The rooms are clean and we had the option of having our breakfast in the sister hotel, which is 10 min away on foot. Will be coming back! Thank you for everything!
I had a pleasant stay at The Spanish Suite Piazza di Spagna. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they kindly offered to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was a huge help during my trip.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and bus, or you can enjoy a pleasant walk to the city center. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making it perfect for my business trip.
