The hotel looks very new and clean. We booked the executive room and it’s very spacious. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I’m very impressed by their hospitality. The location is great too! EXCELLENT...an outstanding Piazza with SO much to see! Crowd gazing and wandering were the order of the day for us. Some really impressive buildings that were well protected by men in uniforms.
Rome is a beautiful city and this Piazza exemplifies this.

The Piazza di Spagna is just below the Spanish Steps (as I'm sure you know), and houses the famous Fontana della Baraccia.
Speaking as a tourist who did a lot of walking in Rome, this is a good place to sit and rest. I asked the nearby policeman, who assured me that it was quite legal to fill up my water bottle from the fountain (and that the water was wholesome and not dangerous).
However, please do NOT try to wash your feet (or other body parts) in the fountain. The locals and police frown on that kind of thing. You will be fined heavily. (I know this probably doesn't need to be said, but some idiots have tried!)
Otherwise, this is a pleasant part of town. For English-speaking bibliophiles, the Anglo-American bookshop is not far from here and also highly recommended.

Amazing photo opportunities, don’t engage in conversations with those trying to “give” you anything or ask you where you’re from and you won’t get scammed. Why’s it matter where I’m from ? Mind your business pal. Also you cannot sit on the steps at all or you will be called out by the police on site there. They can fine you but will probably just tell you to get up right away.

Very convenient location: close to the subway and shop streets, 3 min to Piazza di Spagna and Spanish steps, 20 min to San Angelo castle. Apartments are very cosy, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Personal was very attentive and friendly. Remote check-in is convenient, Marlon every time was in touch.
First of all, I don't think that the location of this property can be highlighted enough. It is truly accessible to all of Rome's major sites and in the center of some of its most beautiful, e.g. Piazza di Spagna, Piazza di Popolo, via Condotti, the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi.
Paola has thought of everything to make this property as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are towel heaters, there is an abundance of towels, etc - and she even left us a beautiful panettone!
Location is the best possible. Just in the corner of Plazza Navona and Pantheon, few minutes from Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna, it could not be more perfect.
Just go out - left - right - left and you will find yourself at Pantheon having a cold beer or an espresso.
If you go out right - in few steps you will find yourself just at Piazza Navona. Start with these two and then wherever you want.

Deluxe room is lovely from all points of view: nice design, excellent size, comfortable bed, very clean, windows towards the street. Location is unbeatable, close to Piazza del Populo and Piazza di Spagna, a stone's throw (or a very lovely walk away) from everything else. The staff has been amazingly supportive and friendly.
Location was excellent - easy walking distance to Piazza di Spagna and close to a wide range of different types of bars and restaurants. The sound-proofing cut out all noise from the street, and the room was fine for our overnight stay. Modern bathroom, comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities always very welcome! Overall, a positive experience - we would definitely choose to stay here again.
A lovely, spacious apartment in a fabulous and quiet location. Easy walk to Piazza Popolo and Piazza di Spagna with lots of restaurants and shops. We really relaxed here and soaked up the atmosphere of Roma! We'd definitely stay again
