Sylvia coordinated our transportation to and from the airport, as well. They also offered a fantastic breakfast.

Das Personal ging auf jedes Anliegen ohne zu Zögern ein und war immer sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich selten so wohl in einem Hotel gefühlt. Zur Ankunft gab es sogar ein handgeschriebenes Willkommenskärtchen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: von Lachs bis Croissants war alles dabei. Die Minibar war im Preis inkludiert! Die Lage: ausgezeichnet. Von der Bar/Restaurant hat man einen direkten Ausblick auf die Navigli. Buche das Hotel sicher wieder!

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were super friendly, very helpful from organizing cooking classes to getting us tickets for a soccer match- you name it! Super clean, beautiful decorations, great breakfast and the treats in the reception were the cherry on top! Location is ample where almost everything was within a 5-10 mn walk. Highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to be back!
