The proximity to the slopes is also a massive advantage - you go through the back door and down to the lift which is about 30m from the back door We had a few issues with the ski pass and skis, they helped us out every time. Even took their time to walk with us to tourism information to sort out our ski pass confusion as tourism information staff were not very fluent in English. Cannot recommend the place enough

Parking was okay (this is the off-season), could be a bit tight in later months. Because this was in June, not July, parking charges are not yet applied (the page on booking.com does warn of parking charges, which is good). Modern building, 24-hour reception. Everything is set up to work by scanning QR codes, which my phone and laptop don't do, however the receptionist patiently showed how to use an alternative login procedure (login page) which worked.
