Everything. The staff are clearly highly trained on top-notch customer service. Anna Laura was at the check-in, Dennis who was at the door, Carlo at the breakfast restaurant, and the other staff were all helpful and friendly. We didn't know the names of the other staff, but they were all helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Housekeeping did a terrific job. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The location is amazing. Literally a minute from the Trevi Fountain, a walking distance to Piazza Venicia that leads you to the Collesium, Spanish Steps, and a host of other must-visit places. There are also so many streets for shopping just nearby.

Don’t forget to throw a coin! It’s easier to throw one on the sides than try to go front and center. Cute gelaterie around. Gorgeous church kitty corner to fountain. Book ahead for fountain underground tour. Don’t forget to look at it, not just through your camera screen.

The Trevi was under restoration so no water/fountains and a massive queue to walk up on the scaffold. Really dull. Check before you go. Also when using google maps, it always takes you around the trevi... find other routes as crazy busy.

They're getting ready for Rome 2025 Jubilee so it was completely under construction - barriers all around, no water in it. Didn't even need to spend our time coming to this landmark as it was pretty disappointing.

It's incredibly overcrowded and full of cheap touristy tat. People trying to sell you plastic rubbish and noisy toys. This was the first thing we came to see in Rome and I was appalled, thankfully the rest of Rome is better. This fountain is not worth fighting to see through the crowds though, better off going to see lots of other less crowded sights as Rome has so much!

Very convenient location, close to restaurants, Termini Station, lots of shops in the area. You step out of the apartment right into a very busy area. You can walk to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain from here. I would recommend. Lots of space. My family of four adults stayed here comfortably.

The apartment was very nice and the location fantastic. We walked everywhere, with all the main attractions close by. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are so close you end up walking past at all times of the day! Restaurants are all at the doorstep. Our hosts Cris and Alessandro were so helpful, before and during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay there and cannot think of a better location or apartment to stay in Rome.Thanks!
This apartment is perfect for visiting Trevi Fountain and is a wonderful spot to use as a base to walk around Rome and all its sights. There was no food options onsite however there were many wonderful restaurants nearby that we made good use of. The self check-in was easy and when we did see staff they were helpful. The room was simple and basic with a small bathroom, however it was clean and tidy and sufficient for our needs.

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great location in the very center of Rome, just 3 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. A clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment with two terraces, where you will feel the spirit of aristocratic Rome. The host was amazing, very friendly, and always available. We loved it, and strongly recommend it.

Fantastic stay! A hidden gem of a hotel. We were warmly greeted and welcomed to this fantastic location. It’s super walkable to all major sights including Pantheon (5 mins) colosseum (20 mins) and Trevi fountain (15 mins). It combines a modern charm with a rustic, authentic feel. They also provide a laundry service and have a lovely rooftop terrace with internal bar. Our stay was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will be recommending to any friends traveling to Rome!

There are lots of romantic restaurants dotted around too and if you really want to take romantic to a new level then I recommend visiting the Mirabelle restaurant - a rooftop restaurant with a terrace overlooking Rome. It is very pricey but it is stunning.
