It's incredibly overcrowded and full of cheap touristy tat. People trying to sell you plastic rubbish and noisy toys. This was the first thing we came to see in Rome and I was appalled, thankfully the rest of Rome is better. This fountain is not worth fighting to see through the crowds though, better off going to see lots of other less crowded sights as Rome has so much!

Beautiful! Crowds will be there no matter when you go, I went just before dinner and then afterwards to see before and after with the lights. Be patient, this is a popular place and everyone is taking pictures.

It is everything that is promises! The best tip is to avoid the fullest hours, if you can go late at night or in the early early morning, this is when you'll get closer to that Dolce Vita moment ;D

Loved the fountain, highly disliked the crowds. Although the concentration of admirers from all around the world provides a festive atmosphere. It’s hard to described how packed it is all around the fountain!!!!

Go early and miss the crowds! We went in the evening, still a fair amount of people were around but the light was fading and we didn't get as nice photo's as we were hoping for. If you want those great insta shots, I cant stress this enough, go SUPER early in the morning

The hotel is in a great location near the Pantheon. Many attractions are near and you can walk such as Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Vatican. There are many places near to ear and shop. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Hotel located right at the Trevi Fountain. Incredibly busy so be prepared to drag your luggage through the crowds to get in and out. You have to be ok with the crowds to stay here. All day and night there were so many people around and we were there in mid October. Rooms is quiet with windows closed though which was good. They do have a very small bar upstairs but it was way too crowded to ever sit or spend any time. Also brings lots of people up and down their stairs all day. Central location. Cafe directly downstairs was great.
This hotel is just steps from the Trevi Fountain. The staff was very nice. We had a family suite for 4 adults. It was a little small, but still very nice. They let us check-in early so we could tour the city. They also arranged transportation for us to the airport. Everything was great!
The location was fantastic. Not far from Roma Termini and I could walk to the hotel and then walk to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Ate at some nice restaurants near the hotel as well.

Spacious, clean, comfy room, amazing bed, nice bathroom. Slippers and snacks provided free of charge.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Very close to all of the attractions of Rome. There are wonderful restaurants and cafe's close by. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is an elevator for the luggage.

Location is perfect. We could walk to everywhere : Colloseum, Vatican a city, Trastevere, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Aventine Hill….also very easy to get to Fiumicino airport. We took bus 8 direct to Roma Trastevere Train Station. Bus stop is about 6 mins walk from hotel. Then from train station direct train to Fiumicino in 27 minutes!
Central, safe location to the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain, etc! The room was cozy and very clean. Service is impeccable; front desk was efficient with check-in and follow up requests. They even provided solid recommendations for local pasta. Additionally, the complimentary room cleaning left our space impressively spotless each time. I felt right at home with the high-level of comfort Hotel Mancino provided.
The location was perfect for us. It's very close to Trevi Fountain which means there are lots of tourists around all the time. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to visit. The view of Rome from the apartment was incredible. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants which is always nice when you're not in a hotel.
