Always beautiful, especially at night when it’s all lit up! Lots of people, very crowded as expected, but that’s OK. It was a proposal and a yes, and the crowd cheered! It was really beautiful.. throw in some coins for a good luck!

Beautiful! Crowds will be there no matter when you go, I went just before dinner and then afterwards to see before and after with the lights. Be patient, this is a popular place and everyone is taking pictures.

It is everything that is promises! The best tip is to avoid the fullest hours, if you can go late at night or in the early early morning, this is when you'll get closer to that Dolce Vita moment ;D

Loved the fountain, highly disliked the crowds. Although the concentration of admirers from all around the world provides a festive atmosphere. It’s hard to described how packed it is all around the fountain!!!!

Go early and miss the crowds! We went in the evening, still a fair amount of people were around but the light was fading and we didn't get as nice photo's as we were hoping for. If you want those great insta shots, I cant stress this enough, go SUPER early in the morning

Hard to find (no signage, not even street signs); so crowded we could barely see it (this was in the off season). There were other fountains in Rome that seemed much more attractive. This one just seems famous from the movies and songs.

The hotel is also located very central to many of the main sites in Rome.
We loved the location of this hotel, central to restaurants, shopping, the Trevi fountain, bus stops, and taxi stands. Angelica was amazing as well as the rest of the staff!
The apartment is at an amazing location only few minutes from Trevi fountain. It makes access to all main historical places. It's a cozy (and clean) place suitable for a city break and/or long weekend. The personnel was also very helpful and very responsive to massages. We also loved that we could leave our luggage at the property after checkout and pick them up prior leaving to the airport later on.
The hotel was in the perfect location, just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain and walking distance to the Coleseum. There were many restaurants and shopping close by. Having an elevator and a room that was well air conditioned was an added bonus. The room is also sparkling clean and wonderfully modern. Also, do not miss the croissants at breakfast!
What really made this hotel shine is the people who own it and work there. They are very kind and so very helpful.

Within walking distance to the main sites of Rome, i.e. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, many beautiful churches, Jewish Quarter, etc. Within walking distance to many affordable cafes and restaurants. We stayed at 2 other hotels while touring Italy, with Hotel Smeraldo being our final destination before our return home. The room was cozy, clean. The breakfast, which was included, was beyond our expectations. The staff was courteous and helpful.

There’s pharmacy, carrefour, bars and restaurants next to the apartment.

This apartment is beautiful, the view is amazing, its location is excellent (close to the pantheon and the trevi fountain, as well as a shopping street), beds are so comfy, and the host is amazing, gave us recommendations for everything, and was really kind.

This hotel was the perfect location for exploring Rome. Walking distance (less than 30 minutes) to the Colloseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping and one of the best Gelateria's in the city. ;-)
The hotel was great! It was near all the local attractions in Rome. It was right by the Trevi Fountain! The staff was wonderful! They set us up with a driver from the Rome airport and a driver to the train station.
Wonderful location, so close to Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants, coffee and gelato around. We enjoyed having this apartment which was wonderfully decorated and more room than we would have had at a hotel.
