The property is located 1.2 km from St. I've been to quite a bit of hostels but this must be the most well run I've been so far. Everything works super well and customer service is exceptional for a hostel. Very comfy beds and well mainteined facilities!

On a recent trip to Vietnam I stayed at Eliana on a number of times. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very effective in booking flights and trips. Good location in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Would certainly stay here again.

Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!
