Residence Yasushi features free WiFi throughout the property and views of mountain in Nozawa Onsen. 2.8 km from Lake Hokuryuko, the property provides a ski pass sales point, as well as a shared... This was our most enjoyable stay in Japan, and the competition was high. Location was good, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, the property was immaculate, and the facilities were impressive. The room was incredible and super cozy and we loved retiring there at the end of the day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the onsen which I understand is one of the few in a Nozawaonsen Ryokan filled with naturally heated mineral water. We highly recommend and will be returning, hopefully.

Beautiful and peaceful traditional Japanese style ryokan. The ryokan is surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature giving such a wonderful relaxing feeling and view. The room was so comfortable and spacious, we were so pleased. We loved how the staff took care of us, even prepared special gifts for our honeymoon : fresh local grapes and delicious Nagano apples. We particularly loved to dress in yukata, enjoyed the wonderful food and relaxed in the several thermal baths, even some private onsens ! The staff organized a complimentary shuttle to take us from and to the train station so it was an excellent stay and so convenient you reach.

Boasting open-air hot spring baths, a heated indoor pool and beautiful Japanese gardens, Senjukaku offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation that has a historic charm. Breakfast was great. Onsen pools were perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel Fuki no Mori is a 20-minute ride from JR Nagiso Train Station on the hotel’s free shuttle. Guests can enjoy walks at the garden or the scenic areas surrounding the hotel. The staff were exceptional catering to our every need and the food was unusual and fantastic. It felt like a very authentic experience. The onsen was fabulous

Situated just a 5-minute walk from historic Togakushi Shrine, Oshi Ryokan is traditional lodging accommodation in the peaceful mountain area, which used to cater for pilgrims. Everything’s so perfect ~~ The owner Oshi San was super helpful. The room is spacious and with view overlooking a garden. It’s so lovely with a green view in summer. It’s a quiet location so I sleep pretty well. And the meals prepared are Fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. [heart].

Only a 10-minute drive from Snow Monkey Park, Yudanaka Onsen Yamazakiya offers simple Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Akira and his mother were incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home. They made me dinner and breakfast (gluten free and vegetarian) which was amazing. Their private Onsen is lovely and the room was really comfortable. Would highly recommend
