Attractively situated in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, Rinn Gion Shirakawa is situated 300 metres from Gion Shijo Station, 600 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.2 km from Shoren-in... I loved the location, size of the room, Staff, bathroom.

Ideally set in Kawaramachi, 2 km from Yasaka Shrine, Hotel Musse Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi Meitetsu is situated 700 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto, 1.1 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and 1.3... The staff was very polite, very clean and spacious room, close to important point of interest.

The Gate Hotel Kyoto Takasegawa by Hulic features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Kyoto. Great and very clean! Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is nice too. Beautiful building!

Awarded two pavilions by the Michelin Guide 2020, Hotel Alza Kyoto is situated near the Kamo River and within Gion District, a 2-minute walk from Sanjo Station. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The room is very big & comfortable. Nice view of Kamogawa River. Location is superb close to Sanjo & Gion where so many restaurants are closed by. Also close to bus station and convenient stores.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Miru Kyoto Gion is located in Kyoto, 300 metres from Gion Shijo Station and 1.2 km from Shoren-in Temple. It was lovely to have high quality croissants and coffee for breakfast. Maybe some fruit would have been a nice additional touch? We loved the personal contact with the staff. On tablet with information was great and it had useful restaurant information however if we asked reception for restaurant recommendations all they did was point us to the ones on the "app" and ask us to choose one. They should participate in some family in local establishments so that they can make good recommendations. All the staff were friendly and warm and most have excellent to good English. We particularly appreciated that use of the laundry was complimentary. Our room size was fabulous but we did have the largest room available. For a lengthy stay this made things really comfortable.
