The staff are excellent and make every effort to make your stay comfortable. The staff are extremely welcoming and provide first class service to their guests. The location is excellent and in central Hanoi, with easy access to restaurants and bars, that are all within walking distance. The skybar offers beautiful views over the city. The food service from the hotel is really good with a big buffet breakfast offered each morning.

The hotel is not big. The dining area is quite limited, probably because the hotel itself has a limited area. I've been to quite a bit of hostels but this must be the most well run I've been so far. Everything works super well and customer service is exceptional for a hostel. Very comfy beds and well mainteined facilities!

Excellent location, placed right in the old part of the city yet a nice quiet room. Very good service, the friendly staff was very helpful giving us advice of what to visit and see. The hotel has a great restaurant on the top floor.

Sena Boutique Hotel & Travel ตั้งอยู่ในฮานอย และอยู่ห่างโรงละครหุ่นกระบอกน้ำทังลอง ไม่เกิน 600 ม. amazing location! amazing staff! everyone was welcoming and friendly. i felt like an important guest the whole time. if you plan to stay for a long time, i recommend choosing a room with a balcony. the view of the city is amazing.
