Hotel is inside of main area Old quarter, near to many of tourist attractions and touristic places. Location is very easy. Room have everything that you need, TV, Refrigerator, wardrobe, chair with desk, hairdryer and shampoo. Staff is very gentle and helpful! They booked for me amazing excursions on good price!

Nastanitev L'Signature Hotel & Spa se nahaja v mestu Hanoi in ima brezplačno izposojo koles, vrt, teraso ter bar. This hotel was gorgeous, set in the best street of the Old Quarter. It’s lovely and well designed rooms were so comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. We would definitely return here!

Nastanitev Casa Dos Príncipes Hotel & Spa s 4 zvezdicami in na odlični lokaciji v središču mesta Hanoj se nahaja v bližini znamenitosti Mestna vrata Hanoi ter Lutkovno gledališče Thang Long Water. - The staff (especially Mr Dinh Lee) and service was absolutely exceptional and personalised! I had contacted them prior to coming, as I had wanted to organise surprise decorations for my partner’s birthday, and they were really enthusiastic and happy to accommodate! They had given me different ideas and price options, and when we arrived, they completely went above and beyond my expectations! We had flowers, balloons, a cake, rose petals on the bed…They even sung happy birthday to my partner as well, it was so so sweet! - Mr Lee also took care of us personally and he gave us really great recommendations for restaurants around the area and helped us out with having the staff ask about the tickets for the water show!! I seriously cannot stress how fantastic the people are at the hotel! - The location of the hotel is really great as well - right in the Old Quarter and short walking distance to iconic local restaurants. Just a warning though - if you are arriving late in the night, the Old Quarter is closed to vehicles, so you’ll have to walk from the main road (not far). That being said, I would also recommend booking their airport transfer through the hotel too as we had used another company when arriving, but regretted it as it was more expensive and took longer. - The interior decor of the hotel and room itself was really nice too, a real classic feel. Plugs next to each side of the bed is a massive plus! Beds were really comfortable as well.
