Breakfast was amazing and staff was extremely friendly. We stayed here after staying in Sa Pa for 2 days, were it was cold and misty, so we were happy to come to Hanoi and this accommodation did not disappoint. It was great to take a hot shower again after 2 days of cold showers and cold weather. Our check-in was amazing, the staff was so sweet and friendly. Especially the receptionist from Cat Ba Island was super kind and helpful!

Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter for our 6-night stay.. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, and steps to the food and beer streets, and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.

The facilities were well kept, pool inviting, gym energizing, restaurant deliciously filling and the Spa outstandingly relaxing.

This hotel was gorgeous, set in the best street of the Old Quarter. It’s lovely and well designed rooms were so comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. We would definitely return here!

The location is excellent and in central Hanoi, with easy access to restaurants and bars, that are all within walking distance. The skybar offers beautiful views over the city. The food service from the hotel is really good with a big buffet breakfast offered each morning.
