Stayed here once solo at the start of my trip in Vietnam and then again with a friend because I enjoyed it so much. Everyone who works at Eliana is so helpful and friendly, they really go above and beyond to make sure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable time in Vietnam. Rooms are super clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom facilities, and the included breakfast is outstanding- so much choice!!

Staff was so helpful and friendly, room was so nice tidy and a lot of space for everything. Was so easy to extend the room for one more day the next day :) highly recommended Regarding for Huy who help us book the taxi for the price matching grab price ! Amazing !!

The hotel’s location is perfect, and the accommodation is comfortable and inviting. The rooftop bar with live music was an unexpected delight, enhancing my overall experience. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay made me feel incredibly welcomed in Hanoi. One especially touching moment was when they surprised me with a birthday treat in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my stay unforgettable. A special mention to Mr. Leo, the manager, whose leadership is reflected in the professionalism and happiness of his team. It’s clear he has a true talent for hospitality, making the entire stay a pleasure. I look forward to staying with them again the next time I’m in Hanoi!
