I had a wonderful stay at Casa Dos Principes Hotel and Spa! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.

We loved our stay at salute hôtel, especially thanks to the staff that was super attentive and always very nice. We can only recommend staying there as they really made the difference (plus location and breakfast were both perfect !). We could take a shower before heading for the night train even though we had already checked out, which we appreciated a lot after a day of visit in very hot weather.

The experience itself and the comfort level is high, personnel is very attentive and client-oriented. The room was clean, facilities are great. Breakfast has a diverse number of dishes. Altogether this is a rare combo in Hanoi. The hotel was worth the money paid and I would definitely recommend to stay here (and I've been to many other hotels in Hanoi so have a lot to compare). Also the location is good - many shops, coffee and food places around.

On a recent trip to Vietnam I stayed at Eliana on a number of times. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very effective in booking flights and trips. Good location in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Would certainly stay here again.
