Big shout out to Mike for looking after me so well even though I was staying only one night. Great massage in the spa too. Very pleased to stay in the Victor Gallery hotel, We got a welcome letter from sale when we booked on Booking.com, upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff with welcome juice, information about Hanoi old quarter, great promotion from the hotel ( 20% discount on restaurant & bar, 15% tour service & spa ). Our room was large, clean and even, we had a free upgrade to a city view. We have short time, so we had to book Ha Long Bay 1 day trip. It was good value and good information. Victor gallery hotel is a beautiful hotel in Hanoi old.
