From arranging tours to recommending great restaurants, they really went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself was immaculate and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast - definitely a step above the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Hanoi. They take care of everything, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

The property is situated 1.2 km from St. This hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of the most interesting part of Hanoi. The beds are very comfortable and the price for the room is extremely reasonable. The delicious buffet breakfast is free. Most importantly, the service was impeccable! Everybody was consistently friendly and extremely helpful. They also have a lovely Christmas decoration, we was impressed by their lobby.

Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.
