The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.

The beds are very comfortable and the price for the room is extremely reasonable. The delicious buffet breakfast is free. Most importantly, the service was impeccable! Everybody was consistently friendly and extremely helpful. They also have a lovely Christmas decoration, we was impressed by their lobby.
