The location is excellent close to the main attractions, being in walking distance to everything in the old quarter. The staff was amazing, helping us booking transfers and tours. We had a great experience in the tours booked with Ruby, and the driver booked for the transfer was amazing when we left something in the car.

Niente di più desiderabile, dopo le viste ai monumenti e il caldo. Le camere sono silenziose e pulite. Colazione ottima. Se si potessero aggiungere delle stelle in più per il servizio, lo farei! Beautifully decorated hotel and room, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the Old quarter but still very quiet so we could get good night sleeps. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

La gentilezza dello staff è assolutamente la prima cosa da menzionare, soprattutto al front desk (il ragazzo con gli occhiali di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome) e al reservation department (Nancy e Celine). La pulizia è assolutamente top. Il letto è comodissimo! Il bagno ampio e confortevole. Massaggio alla spa consigliatissimo, le ragazze sono cordiali e molto preparate. La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale. Anche il rooftop lounge e ristorante sono molto buoni. Non abbiamo usato la piscina che è graziosa e ben posizionata, anche se in foto sembra più grande. È stato un soggiorno perfetto!

Everything is within walking distance. The staff, Hiep, Thuy, Beo were so helpful and warm to us. I and colleagues had a wonderful time.

Ideally set in Hanoi, La Siesta Classic Hang Thung offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Nice staff everywhere I went in the hotel always smiling and helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel was at a good location, close to everything.

La posizione del hotel, la pulizia ma soprattutto la gentilezza del team della reception sempre pronti ad aiutarmi per qualsiasi problema io avessi. Tornerò di sicuro in questo hotel. Lo raccomando.
