Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.

Una particolare menzione allo staff di questa struttura, a dir poco Straordinario! Disponibilità, cortesia, attenzione al dettaglio, tutte cose che ci hanno fatto sentire subito coccolati. La stanza è finemente decorata, dotata di tutti i confort necessari, il bagno con ampia doccia mi è piaciuto per i colori. La colazione è stata ricca ed abbondante, con ampia scelta di pietanze salate e dolci. La struttura si trova in pieno centro, ma fortunatamente il rumore del caotico traffico non raggiunge le stanze. Assolutamente un hotel dove vorremmo ritornare!
