Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi er á fallegum stað í miðbæ Hanoi. Boðið er upp á loftkæld herbergi, verönd, ókeypis WiFi og veitingastað. I usually never post any reviews but this one is needed. We got there and they welcomed us with tea and some banana bread. They gave us a map including all the things to do and see at Hanoi, also recommendations (they were so good too). The location of the hotel was great but definitely the standing ovation goes to the staff, THEY WERE AMAZING. Lovy took the time to schedule us a trip to Ha Long bay, breakfast included and the after service messages are such a nice touch, Danny from the front desk helped us all the trip and he was so welcoming I just can not think of any other hotel to stay once we get back. This is a 100/100 rate from every perspective (money vs value, location, service, etc.)

I have good time at Victor gallery hotel & restaurant. Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. We loved this hotel so much.

The staff were very helpful and polite especially the manageress Mrs. Sue. She provided a very good color map of Hanoi and a lot of information about places to visit. We especially liked the MET restaurant

If you are introvert and need space to work while traveling in Hanoi, this is the place. Everything is clean and well organized there. They even have cute terrace on top floor to chill. It is located in the busiest street of Hanoi. But it is not that noisy.
