We stayed here after staying in Sa Pa for 2 days, were it was cold and misty, so we were happy to come to Hanoi and this accommodation did not disappoint. It was great to take a hot shower again after 2 days of cold showers and cold weather. Our check-in was amazing, the staff was so sweet and friendly. Especially the receptionist from Cat Ba Island was super kind and helpful!

Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter for our 6-night stay.. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, and steps to the food and beer streets, and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is freshly done and modern. Ultra clean. Great breakfast available if you like, as well as a downstairs spa. All super good. The staff made our stay even better. So thoughtful, kind and attentive. Manager Mr. Lee and Henry at the desk were amazing -- making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay, and helping us with a day trip to HaLong Bay, dinner reservations, and tips on area shops with specialities that we were interested in checking out. But every member of the hotel crew was spot-on when it came to great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this great small hotel.
