Located in Siglufjörður, Siglo Hotel by Keahotels offers 4-star accommodations with a terrace and a bar. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub.... This was my best stop on this Iceland trip. A simply beautiful hotel in a beautiful city in a beautiful fjord.

Impressive views of Troll Waterfalls and an extensive vinyl collection of over 3000 records are notable features of Fossatún Country Hotel. Lovely hot tubs, very nice and beautiful cozy little homes. And an amazing view while having breakfast.

Located in Geysir, a few steps from Geysir, Hotel Geysir provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. amazing design, very clean, extremely friendly staff, conveniently located - perfect stay and as an unexpected bonus we’ve seen aurora borealis! (mid September)

Located in Borgarnes, 27 miles from Thingvellir National Park, Basalt Hotel provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. The hotel features family rooms. It was an oasis. The evening meal was delicious and hot tub a bonus. Staff were friendly, informative and incredibly helpful. Thank You.

Located in Gardur, Lighthouse-Inn offers accommodations with free WiFi and a garden with a sun terrace and sea views. All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. This place exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for a first night in Iceland, warm, cosy, with breakfast included. The staff was very friendly. It is located close to the airport but also far enough not to be affected in any way by the noise. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Located in Reykholt, within 12 miles of Geysir and 18 miles of Gullfoss Waterfall, Blue Hotel Fagrilundur - On The Golden Circle has accommodations with free WiFi. Very clean, well furnished, great location and wonderful price/value ratio.

Located in Akureyri, 24 miles from Godafoss Waterfall, Hotel Halond has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The rooms come with a patio. Everything honestly, really well built rooms, great coffee with the nespresso machine and they helped us with a lost item by keeping it on hand after the time of our checkout (traveled in a group of 5)

Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodations 3.1 mi from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. The property was so nice. A great location! I wish we could’ve stayed 2 days there. I think there are lots of interesting hikes thru forests. We only had time to see a nearby waterfall. We saw northern light from the outdoor hot tubs.

This hotel is located on Lake Myvatn, 2.1 mi from Myvatn Nature Baths. A number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi are featured. Great location and close to everything in Myvatn. Nice hot tubs on the property. Everything was clean. Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey compared to some of the other places we stayed, but they had great selection and everything was very fresh and replenished regularly.
