Facing the beachfront, Sensations Eco-Chic Hotel offers 5-star accommodations in Pwani Mchangani Mdogo and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. We re-located to this hotel from another in the area as we were looking for a more private / luxurious experience for our honeymoon. Given the recent age of the hotel and lack of review online we were admittedly a bit hesitant but were immediately put at ease upon arrival, where we were warmly greeted, had our feet washed / massaged and were introduced to our personal butler ! The service is simply unparalleled, the level of care and attention to detail is unlike anything we had previously experienced. The limited number of rooms certainly helps with this as often times it felt like there was more staff than guests. The room was immaculate, modern and spacious (we booked the deluxe room). There is also a WiFi extender inside the room providing the fastest internet we encountered on the trip. The food was top notch, with plenty of variety each day from an a la carte menu. There is also a tepynaki restaurant available for an additional fee.

Located in Nungwi, a 2-minute walk from Royal Beach, Canary Hotel & SPA provides accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. The fantastic staff made our stay very memorable particularly Mwinyiand Monica! The pool and location are amazing and the breakfast had everything you could have wanted. Thank you so much to everyone at the Canary Hotel and Spa!

Located in Kiwengwa, 25 miles from Peace Memorial Museum, Zanzibella Hotel & SPA provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Stunning small hotel in a quiet place, ideal for single gate away or relaxing stay for couples. Staff was superfriendly and really wants to get to know you. A lot of choices for vegans and vegetarians and food is simply delicious.

Featuring a private beach area, a year-round outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi, Mahali Zanzibar is set in Paje, Zanzibar. The hotel features a sun terrace and views of the sea. the Simba room was amazing, huge room and beautiful in front of the ocean

This is the most beautiful and serene hotel I’ve ever visited on an island. I love the architecture as well as the minimalist boho designs of the room.

Located in Matemwe, a few steps from Matemwe Beach, Infinity Beach Boutique Hotel & SPA provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, with direct access to a secluded beach that felt like our own private paradise. Tomek and Malgo were the most welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality created a truly unforgettable experience. The staff was exceptional, especially those in the restaurant who served us delicious meals. It was a peaceful vacation and my partner and I could truly relax and recharge. Highly recommend it.

The beauty of this place exceeded my expectations, it felt like paradise✨ The staff is so helpful, friendly, yet professional. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and super clean. The beach is within a walking distance but they still drop you off/pick you up upon request, where there is a variety of restaurants and cafes as you stroll along the lovely beach area. Loved the sparkling pool with floats and the fresh, tasty breakfast every morning without fail. Samawa Living is a home away from home and our preferred hotel in Paje!

Located in Mtende, 22 miles from Zanzibar Butterfly Centre, Baobab Africa Lodge Zanzibar has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I travelled with my kids and to be honest this place did not feel like a lodge or hotel, it felt like home away from home. Everyone from the owners Eric and Sophie to all the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They made it so hard for us to leave. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will for sure go back there. Thank you to all of the Lodges staff and a big thank you to Eric and Sophie for make our trip a memorable one. We will always remember this holiday.

Zanzigo features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Nungwi. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The room was so spacious and the breakfast was really good. Mohammad helped us with the nmemba island tour which was amazing
