The staff is extremely friendly, and there's hot water in the shower, you just need to wait a bit longer for it to heat up. Such a thoughtful touch that they warm the beds with hot water bottles before bedtime. The whole experience was truly magical.

The Serengeti is amazing, the national park is full off the big 5 animals and much more! The area is so big and you can drive for hours watching all the wildlife. Make sure you bring a good camera!! The camping sites are large and comfortable, you sometimes get animals wondering into the campsite such as hyenas, zebras and antelope (and an Elephant in our case!).

We really loved our all-too-short stay at this spectacular camp, where tents face the Serengeti National Park, without any barrier, so that we woke up to giraffes walking by in droves at sun-dawn. The tents are basically little huts and very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant area is quite grand and features a second floor with a spectacular view across the wilderness. Highly recommended, especially when traveling from Masai Mara across the Kenya/Tanzania border.

This hotel is exceptional! It is built into a rock face and has breathtaking arial views of the Serengeti. The pool is perched over the cliffside and serves as a watering hile for a troop of baboons! Make sure to take the brief hike uo to their sunset rock, you won't be disappointed. The dining was excellent and the service top notch. Although we had only reserved 2 rooms for 6 people, we were given 3 rooms (2 adjoining), which made our stay even more comfortable.

The location is out of this world stunning. The wildlife is in the hotel grounds, from wild cats, hogs, owls to hippos in the gardens! The Serengeti views are absolutely gorgeous and you’re a part of nature here, which is just perfect

Perfect location on a hilltop looking out to the Serengeti, we spotted elephants, giraffes, and had a leopard walk through the hotel, there are no fences
Incredible staff and infrastructure, the rooms are literally in the wild around a small hill. The restaurant, the welcome area, the pool, the bar and the chalets are all top notch. Great value for the money in my opinion. We should have stayed longer. It's inside the Serengeti Park, so note the entry fee/night fee and so on you need to stay. This has nothing to do with Mbalageti, so it's not a negative.
Amazing location inside the park, wonderful staff, great food, and the tents are beautiful and very comfortable.
