All of the amenities were so great! The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.

The staff were beyond helpful, and the room was very clean. Extremely close to a train station too and it was very quiet.

Located in Kyoto, a 9-minute walk from Gion Shijo Station, Gion Elite Terrace provides accommodations with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Honestly this place was so amazing we extended our stay an extra night. It's not that the hotel is super unique or the fanciest around, but everything was just done right. Very easy to feel at home, nothing was missing. Some staff were still learning as it's a newer place, but the desire to help was there. Rooms are clean and comfortable, really lovely bathroom and location was perfect.

Ideally located in Tokyo, HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel has air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. I had to extend the trip but also changed the type of beds in the room, due to an additional person joining after initial booking. The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type. Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.
