This place is amazing!
We chose this one because of the easy access to a co-working space and it didn't disappoint. We spent most of the time out of the room, however, the room is comfy, you have all the amenities you need and they offer room cleaning or towel changing.

Plenty of places to visit. Wonderful food everywhere. Cost is a bit lower compared to bigger cities like Tokyo or Osaka. Train can take you to most places you want to go if you prefer to relax a bit more without having to drive

Fukuoka, one of the leading tourist cities in Japan, is highly regarded for its food culture. Fukuoka City was selected in the "Food" category of the "Best In Travel 2023" by Lonely Planet, a world-renowned guidebook, and Fukuoka's yatai (food stalls) in Hakata were chosen for "52 Places to Go in 2023" by The New York Times. Local gourmet dishes, such as motsunabe (offal hot pot), Mizutaki (chicken hot pot), and ramen, as well as the abundance of seafood and mountain delicacies, can be enjoyed in Fukuoka.

It's not so crowded and people in general are very nice and accommodating. There are lots of places to see like the red port tower with free entrance instead of Fukuoka tower. Ohori park is a must visit where you'll find the Fukuoka art museum as well and during sakura, try to visit Kayoicho park also. Must visit also the yatai stalls at Nakasu. If you're visiting during the month of July, try not to miss the yamakasa festival from July 1 to 15.
Coming from the international airport, I suggest you take the airport shuttle bus instead of the subway so you'll have an early glimpse of Fukuoka.

Only had. Few days there. Needed longer to do some proper trips around the area. The centre is nice in itself for a few days.
Tsukiji Sushi Sen Fukuoka Honten was excellent.
I know it’s a cliche but after 2 weeks in Japan I succumbed and went to a British pub called Morris’ hippo - and it was very nice, friendly staff and good beer.
I also quite liked Ohori park and the nearby Fukuoka castle ruins
Room is big and the view is good. We have all we need and stay 4 nights without any issue.
Easy to check in and we receive the door entry code 1 day before check in, and check in process is easy to follow.
Hotel is not close to any of station, but if you don't mind to walk 10-15 mins, you can access to Hakata station, Tenjin and Canal City walk. Taxi to hotel cost around 1800 Yen, 20 mins.
Front of desk were friendly, polite and can speak English well. The room with ensuite was perfect for our needs. The hotel and the room were very clean. We all loved the beds and pillows, and the extras like the robes. The location was perfect for catching the shinkansen from Hakata Station. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Fukuoka.
Hotel locates less than 100 m From the station Yakuin and the near rest 7-11. We have to use subway for approaching Hakata station and Tenjin. The room is good clean but too small for 3 persons. Tax for city (200 Y per person per night) was not included in the price shown in BOOKING.com.
I like the room because it is clean and comfortable. Nice location for commuting to Hakata and Tenjin station including Fukuoka International Airport Also there are many convenience stores situated not far from the hotel. I can cook sometime.
Very friendly staff and such a classy hotel. It was convenient being near Hakata station as we had a JR Pass, also the check in and check out process was the easiest I’ve ever done. Whenever I come back to Japan I’m staying at APA Hotel
