The staff were beyond helpful, and the room was very clean. Extremely close to a train station too and it was very quiet.

The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.

Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.
