Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. Conveniently situated in Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. We loved our stay at salute hôtel, especially thanks to the staff that was super attentive and always very nice. We can only recommend staying there as they really made the difference (plus location and breakfast were both perfect !). We could take a shower before heading for the night train even though we had already checked out, which we appreciated a lot after a day of visit in very hot weather.

If you are introvert and need space to work while traveling in Hanoi, this is the place. Everything is clean and well organized there. They even have cute terrace on top floor to chill. It is located in the busiest street of Hanoi. But it is not that noisy.

We got there and they welcomed us with tea and some banana bread. They gave us a map including all the things to do and see at Hanoi, also recommendations (they were so good too). The location of the hotel was great but definitely the standing ovation goes to the staff, THEY WERE AMAZING. Lovy took the time to schedule us a trip to Ha Long bay, breakfast included and the after service messages are such a nice touch, Danny from the front desk helped us all the trip and he was so welcoming I just can not think of any other hotel to stay once we get back. This is a 100/100 rate from every perspective (money vs value, location, service, etc.)
