Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

We left Hanoi early in the morning and the staff even prepared bags with breakfast for us, so kind. Breakfast was great with plenty dishes you could also order a la carte. Perfect location too! Ideally set in Hanoi, La Siesta Classic Hang Thung offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Hyvät sängyt, 2 erikokoista tyynyä per henkilö, toiseksi edullisinkin huone oli tilava. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta, kaikki puhuivat hyvin englantia. Lentokentätaksin sai hyvin tilattua heiltä (saapuessa jo Booking.com.comin kautta). Aamiaisella henkilökunta kyseli olimmeko nukkuneet hyvin ja kun kerroimme häiritsevistä äänistä aamuyöllä, tarjosivat meille sviittiä viimeiseksi yöksi (siinä tosin ei juuri eroa ensimmäiseen huoneeseen paitsi pieni parveke, josta tosin ei ollut erityistä näkymää). Oli mukavaa että puolisoni syntymäpäivää muistettiin huoneen koristeluin sekä pienellä kakulla ja onnittelulaululla.
